We are extremely excited to be able to welcome you back to our annual showpiece event, the British Screen Forum Conference 2023. This year’s event will be held on Wednesday 22 November 2023 from 9.00am – 5.00pm at a Central London location.

Confirmed speakers and sessions at this year’s event include:

Thangam Debbonaire MP (Shadow Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport)
A major session on news provision chaired by Lord (Tony) Hall (former Director-General, BBC) and featuring Angelos Frangopolous (Chief Executive, GB News) and Alison Philips (Editor, The Daily Mirror)
Tim Richards (Chair, BFI and Founder and CEO, Vue Entertainment)
Chris Bird (Managing Director, Prime Video UK)
Louisa Compton (Head of News, Current Affairs, Specialist Factual & Sport, Channel 4) and Esella Hawkey (Creative Director, Hardcash Productions) will provide a timely inside track on producing agenda setting television following the recent Dispatches Russell Brand: In Plain Sight
A panel on the changing business strategies of key players in the games sector, featuring Li Ma (Director, International Partnerships, Tencent Games), Lisa Opie (Managing Director, Ubisoft), Maria Sayans (Chief Executive Officer, ustwo), and Tim Scott (Director of Public Policy, Roblox)
Technology entrepreneur Suhair Khan will give a presentation on AI and the future of creativity
Ben Keen will present an overview of the current state of the screen market
There will also be demonstration from Glaze, a system using machine learning algorithms that is designed to protect human artists by disrupting AI style mimicry
