Policy Roundtable: Subsidy Control Regime (“state aid rules”)

On 24 March, Members had the opportunity to discuss the currently ongoing Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) consultation on how to design a new domestic Subsidy Control regime to replace the State Aid Rules under which the UK operated as an EU Member State and to design a new framework that reflects the UK’s strategic interests and particular national circumstances.
