October 2014 Council Meeting

• Richard Williams (Chief Executive, Northern Ireland Screen), speaking on the impact of tax credits on the economy of Northern Ireland
• Ben Keen (Chief Analyst & VP, Media & Displays, IHS Technology), presenting a BSAC Business Briefing on trends in the games industry. A copy of this briefing can be downloaded here.
• Will Page (Director of Economics, Spotify), presenting data on piracy in Australia, including the effects of Spotify’s launch upon this
• Roly Keating, (Chief Executive, British Library), delivering a keynote on the British Library’s archive strategy.
