Resilience Masterclass: Adapt and Thrive with Sarah Wright

What exactly is resilience? Are we born with it? Or can we develop it? Why some people are more resilient than others?

This pacy session aims to answer those questions and more, with practical tips on how we can put ourselves in the best position to withstand life’s ups and downs. After all, in today’s climate it’s more important than ever that we foster a degree of resilience to stay as mentally and physically healthy as we can. We will look at the five pillars which underpin resilience, strategies for instilling confidence in ourselves and in our teams and suggestions for how we can recognise and ultimately conquer limiting self-beliefs. Please come prepared to reflect and share your experiences with your fellow Young Leaders and exit better armed to take on the world!

Sarah Wright is an ICF trained professional coach with more than 25 years’ experience as a senior leader in the global film and TV industry. The current Director of Mentoring for WFTV UK, she was previously the Group Director of Acquisitions & Sky Cinema, UK & ROI where she was responsible for all pan European acquisitions (including Modern Family, Succession & the ubiquitous Game of Thrones), Original Film commissioning and Sky Cinema original productions, as well as the Sky Cinema service itself. Sarah left Sky in 2022 after 13 incredible years to focus on her coaching, training and corporate mentoring career and breathe! She founded the coaching arm of Black Pear Consulting in 2022 and her clients span numerous industries from TV & Film to Publishing & Architecture.

The masterclass itself will finish no later than 12.30pm and include a sandwich lunch for all attendees.
