Ever wanted to negotiate that perfect payrise? Net that promotion? Or seal that dream deal?

This is the Masterclass for you. A practical, interactive session designed to give you an insight into the nitty gritty of deal making. From basic principles and that all important opening offer, through the deal process, with a nod to body language and reading the room, to that all important win/win closing bid – you’ll be given a toolkit and time to practice with your fellow Future Leaders.  What have you got to lose?

Director of Mentoring for WFTV, Sarah Wright is an ICF trained professional coach and corporate mentor with more than 25 years’ experience as a senior leader in the global film and TV industry. Most recently she was the Group Director of Acquisitions & Sky Cinema, UK & ROI where she was responsible for all pan European acquisitions (including Modern Family, Succession & the ubiquitous Game of Thrones), Original Film commissioning and Sky Cinema original productions, as well as the Sky Cinema service itself. Sarah left Sky last year after 13 incredible years to focus on her coaching and corporate mentoring career and breathe! She founded the coaching arm of Black Pear Consulting in 2022 and her clients span numerous industries from TV & Film to Architecture.

The masterclass itself will finish no later than 12.30pm and be followed by a sandwich lunch for all attendees.
