Through collaborative discussions on real-world ethical dilemmas, learners will develop practical approaches to navigating complex challenges while maintaining their integrity. The session also examines common barriers to ethical leadership and provides strategies to address them. Finally, learners will discover how technology can enhance leadership by integrating innovative tools with essential human strengths like emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ethical decision-making, fostering inclusive and trust-focused leadership. The masterclass itself will finish no later than 12.30pm and include a sandwich lunch for all attendees. There are a capped number of places available at this event, and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
