Emran Mian (Director General for Digital Technologies and Telecoms, DSIT) has agreed to take part in a roundtable meeting with Members. This Roundtable will allow Members to discuss DSIT departmental priorities, including:

• AI and its impact on the screen sectors
• Digital skills and the screen sectors
• Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill, which will create a new pro-competition regime in digital markets and confer powers and duties on the Competition and Markets Authority
• Data Protection and Digital Information Bill, which will create a new UK data rights regime and reduce burdens on businesses
