We are extremely excited to be able to welcome you back to our annual showpiece event, the British Screen Forum Conference 2024. This year’s event will be held on Wednesday 20 November 2024 from 9.00am – 5.00pm at a Central London location.

Confirmed speakers at this year’s event include:

  • Kathleen Kennedy (President, Lucasfilm), who will deliver the inaugural Lord Richard Attenborough Memorial Address. Recipient of the Academy’s prestigious 2018 Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award, the Producers Guild of America Milestone Award, and an eight-time Academy Award-nominee, Kathleen Kennedy is one of the most successful and respected producers in the film industry today. As President of Lucasfilm, she oversees the company’s three divisions: Lucasfilm, Industrial Light & Magic, and Skywalker Sound.
  • Jane Featherstone (Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer, SISTER). Jane Featherstone has overseen the production of some of the UK’s most groundbreaking and best loved dramas including Broadchurch and Spooks. Since founding SISTER in 2015 her credits have included Giri/Haji and Chernobyl.
  • Dr Stacy Smith (Founder, USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative) have agreed to speak at this year’s event. Dr. Smith is the Founder of the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative (AII), the leading global think tank studying issues of inequality in entertainment. Dr. Smith’s groundbreaking research examines inclusion across film, TV, and digital platforms, the music business, and includes economic analyses that investigate the relationship between inclusion and financial performance.
