BSAC Report: Portability and Cross Border Access in Europe

BSAC has published a report, ‘Copyright Protected Audiovisual Services: Portability and Cross Border Access’.

This report was prepared by a BSAC Working Group, at the prompting of DCMS, to feed into the debates about the European Commission’s Digital Single Market proposals. It contains considerable amounts of new supporting evidence.

This Working Group was chaired by John Enser (Partner, Olswang), and the Rapporteur was Judith Sullivan.
