Policy Roundtable on Exhaustion of Intellectual Property Rights

On 29 June 2021, Members had the opportunity to discuss views on the UK’s future regime for exhaustion of intellectual property (IP) rights, in response to the IPO’s consultation on the topic. The meeting was chaired by John Enser (Partner, CMS CMNO) and was attended by Prof Guido Westkamp (Copyright Consultant, British Screen Forum).
