The 195th BSAC Council Meeting took place on Wednesday, 27 November 2013.

This was a private meeting for the BSAC Membership and invited guests.

Items on the agenda included:

– a discussion on Lord Smith’s review of progress on the recommentations made in his 2012 Film Policy Review

– an Introduction to Twitch, by Stuart Saw (Regional Director, EMEA, Twitch TV)

– Rockonomics, by Will Page (Director of Economics, Spotify)

– a discussion on selling content overseas, featuring contributions from BSAC Member John McVay (CEO, PACT), and Andrew Orr (Managing Director, Independent Film Company) and Maria Kyriacou (Managing Director, ITV Studios Global Entertainment).
