The Roundtable will consider current initiatives and explore the key themes that emerged from the October 2019 Film seminar, including: oversupply, lack of finance, underdeveloped projects, rising costs, talent agent issues, cultural issues (esp cf France), release patterns, windows and inadequate marketing. The aim will be to identify whether there are (existing or new) initiatives which industry players might usefully take forward, either through British Screen Forum (acting as an honest broker) or through other suitable mechanisms.
