October 2017 Council Meeting

BSAC’s October Council Meeting will consider the latest business and policy developments for the Audiovisual Industry.

Items on the agenda will include:

• ‘Marketing with Influencers’, presentations from Rebecca Winch (Group Production and Creative Director, Way to Blue) and Shahriar Coupal (Director of Advertising Policy and Practice, ASA)
• an update on AVMSD from Kathleen Stewart (Head of International Broadcast Policy, DCMS)
• ‘Getting Maximum Value Out Of The Archive’, perspectives from Bill Thompson (Head of Partnership Development, BBC) and Richard Davidson-Houston (Head of All 4, Channel 4)
• Tim Moss (Chief Executive Officer and Comptroller General, IPO) and Ros Lynch (Copyright and IP Enforcement Director, IPO), speaking about key IP issues for the AV industries.
