BSAC Interview Series: Patrick McKenna, Founder, Ingenious

Patrick McKenna (Founder, Ingenious) will be the subject of a future BSAC Interview, to take place on the early evening of 18 October 2017.

He will be interviewed by BSAC Member Cameron McCracken (Managing Director, Pathé UK).

This event will be run along Chatham House lines. Press will not be admitted.

Before forming Ingenious in 1998, Patrick was Chairman and Chief Executive of The Really Useful Group and, prior to that, a Partner at Deloitte, where he ran the media group.

Patrick is Chairman of the National Film and Television School, the Young Vic Theatre Company and the award winning television company, Hat Trick Productions. He chairs the Advisory Board of the Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship at Goldsmiths in the University of London and was formerly a member of the UK Creative Industries Council.

He was previously a trustee of the British Council and of NESTA and was also a board member of the British Tourist Authority. He was formerly a member of the government’s Advisory Forum on Tourism and also sat on the board of the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts.

He is a Fellow of the RSA and a member of BAFTA.
