BSAC to respond to Treasury consultation on the Cultural Tests for audiovisual content

Following our work in responding to the Treasury consultation on Creative Sector Tax Reliefs, a copy of which can be downloaded here, we understand that further consultations are shortly to be launched on the Cultural Tests for animation, high end drama and games.

We will be responding to these consultations.
