BSAC Proposals for a Sector Deal for the Creative Industries

BSAC has published a briefing paper, setting out priorities for the audiovisual and interactive entertainment sectors in encouragement of a ‘sector deal’ for the Creative industries, as invited by the Government Industrial Strategy Green Paper, ‘Building our Industrial Strategy’.

This paper builds on the work of a number of BSAC working groups, chaired by John Enser, Tim Johnson and Tim Suter, and further develops positions previously articulated in our responses to Peter Bazalgette’s Review of the Creative Industries (26 May 2017, available here) and our response to the Green Paper, ‘Building our Industrial Strategy’ (18 April 2017, available here).
