BSAC Meeting With Richard Hooper

Richard Hooper was appointed in November 2011 to lead a feasibility study into developing a Digital Copyright Exchange in the UK. BSAC hosted a meeting with Richard Hooper in January 2012.

The discussion focused on what the problems were that a Digital Copyright Exchange would address, and if there was a need for action.
