British Screen Forum Conference 2022

On Thursday 30 June 2022, British Screen Forum Members and industry stakeholders were welcomed to the British Screen Forum Conference 2022 Sponsored by Warner Bros. Discovery for the first time since 2019.

The Conference featured keynote speeches from Jonathan Allan (Chief Operating Officer, Channel 4) and Ben Roberts (Chief Executive, BFI). Panel sessions focused on opportunities in the metaverse, post-pandemic recovery across the screen sectors, news in wartime, and building audiences in an age of multiple distribution opportunities, and featured speakers from Anzu, BBC, CNN, Electronic Arts, Enders Analysis, The Independent, ITV, Marquee TV, Meta, Nutopia, Pearl & Dean, Roku, and Warner Bros. Discovery

The Conference also featured conversations with Paul Sng (Filmmaker), Yammy (YouTube Creator), and Zorana Piggott and Patrick Walters (producers of Heartstopper), as well as a VR demonstration from StoryFutures.
